The dresses we tried were made of lovely material and looked as they did on the photos. The colour was lovely too! Unfortunately some of the sizes needed had sold out and won't be restocked so we didn't end up keeping the dresses but i was really disappointed about that as they were beautiful! Anjelica was really quick to respond to a query made via email and provided a helpful answer

Really easy to use and quick. Lockers were in a really convenient location and it was great not having to print a label myself. Also my parcel was collected from the locker really quickly and I got the receipt/proof of postage immediately.

We had our loft boarded out and it looks great and is finished to a high standard! It was easy to get a quote and the person who came to look at the space gave us lots of options and prices for various extras. We didn’t feel pressured at all and all the team were really friendly, including the fitter. We also had to move our appointment for the boarding out really last minute and they were really accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Our mortgage advisor Bethany then spoke to both my partner and I individually to make sure we both understood the whole mortgage application process fully which was really helpful to me as a first time buyer! During our joint mortgage appointment, which was scheduled at a time to suit us, Bethany was friendly and explained things well, including why she was recommending a certain offer. Geraldene then helped progress the mortgage application quickly.
The only criticism I’d give is that it got a little confusing when at one point we were repeatedly asked to submit the same document 3 times, possibly because lots of people were working on our case at once. But otherwise great service!

Excellent prices and free delivery was an added bonus. Item arrived on time and was wrapped well to ensure it wasn't damaged. I accidentally ordered the wrong item the first time but was able to return the item very easily with free returns and received a refund extremely quickly. Would definitely use again!
