Good eventually
Good eventually, but very time consuming as most of the books they don't want. When you have a pile, it great that they give you a label and the books are collected. Money arrives in the bank fairly quickly too.

Mostly the goods were great. But if they weren't then coopers were very good about returning or exchanging.
