This is an absolute scam
This is an absolute scam. I went through with trying to do an order, waiting to see what the grand total would be. It basically let me place an order then shows the ridiculous fees afterward. So I sent an email to cancel the order immediately. They never got back to me. I called for a full week at different times when it says they are open and the automated machines just says the office is closed. Then a full week and a day later they responded to my email to say it's been processed and is in route.I responded right away to the email and there was no response. Clearly, if I needed to make a change such as the delivery address that would have been impossible.
I don't know what their long game is. I haven't paid for them. I plan on simply refusing the delivery from UPS.
