We are repeat customers. I purchase 2 beds a year, and this is my 4th order. I was introduced to the product by my cat being gifted a bed by her human siblings, and have never looked back.
She uses then to sleep on, play on, around and under, and of course scratch. She loves them, and I don’t use the catnip, she gets hyper from her pleasure in the bed.

The delivery was 7 days of the date stated! It would have been helpful to know that it was scheduled earlier than on the day to ensure our availability. I had notification of the time slot 10 minutes after that slot was open.

The sky engineers completed the installation from work undertaken by Open Reach. More than happy with their installation process. However the engineer preparing the box for fibre left debris in the adjacent garden, and the notification texts from open reach were a nightmare. The texts asked for confirmation by returning a one word response to the message; the number doesn’t accept incoming messages, and to quote the open reach engineer are unnecessary..

However, my only reservation is that I ordered what I thought was a pair of pj’s for a gift, but only bought the tee shirt, and the bottoms were subsequently out of stock.

I am a repeat customer; my cat was given one for Christmas some years ago, and I keep restocking as she loves it. Not only is it a scratch bed, she also lays on it, sleeps on it, plays on and around it and even watches tv!!

We have used Cromwell’s in branch previously and found the team to be knowledgeable and very helpful; to get some bits in secretly for my husband’s birthday I resorted to an online transaction and was not disappointed. Items are well packed and exactly what I expected. Delivery was efficient.
My only issue was that despite having tracking information supplied, Royal Mail didn’t update their information!
Will certainly continue to use Cromwell’s as need arises.
