Just been to Waterfront Wetherspoons in Dudley. Ordered WKD got none white wine soritzer — no lemonade. Ordered fish and chips no fish. Not a good start!! Then to make the day complete the chap bringing a tray of drinks knocked Bri’s pint of beer all over him. Luckily my grandson had a spare pair of jogging bottoms in his car boot as he was absolutely soaked. Even his bank notes in his wallet. They replaced the shed pint but that was all no complimentary glass . Bad customer service.

Trying to arrange collection of 2 parcels. Going round in circles on website. 2nd day of trying. Did it through normal Hermes, completed it all then asked me to log in if I had an account. I did this and completed it all over again. Keeps coming back at end saying log in. I give up and I’ll use Royal

Today was fine. The girl resolved the situation but it should never have happened in the first place. I phoned previously to request the free home display unit I was entitled to. All arranged and it was issued ,then lady asked for payment if £39.95. I refused to pay and was told it was too late to cancel the request so I had to. I had to make complaint about this and it was agreed I was entitled to this free item. I noticed a debt showing on my account of £39.95 with 25% of my on line payment going to pay the debt. Nothing happened for a while but then I noticed it started to decrease as payment was being taken. The lady I spoke to on Monday sorted this out and refunded the charge. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place causing me unnecessary stress. Can’t even get the unit to work

Second free gift I’ve received that’s been damaged presumably in transit. First one couldnt be fully replaced as 2 items to it and presumably they ran out of main item. Both times however I’ve received courteous replies.

Pleased at moment but have had blips in the past. Expecting parcel and had email saying it had been delivered. When looked further there was photo of it in a porch which i recognised as my neighbour. I would rather risk it left round back than have it left there. The courier never even tried my door as i watched her arrive and expected her to come here she went straight to 21. I didnt get survey to complete on that occasion or it would have definitelybeen bad review.

Having had a letter packet go missing im trying to speak to someone. 3 days iv been trying to get through to you. Ive waited above 10 minutes every time no matter what number i ring. No wonder you have a bad reputation and have list work to private couriers. Does anybody EVER actually answer a phone. I know automation is the way forward but sometimes a human voice is needed
