Fantastic cat scratcher, great quality as usual. Saving as a back up for when their current one is worn out.

I ordered a microchip sure feeder from Viovet for the new cat in the family. Unfortunately it didn’t work and judging by the box it came in it was damaged during delivery. Viovet were brilliant and have replaced the feeder with no quibbles within about a week of the original delivery. I will definitely use them again.

My vets knew nothing about the welcome pack only the £10 voucher instead of a microchip as he is already chipped. But they gave me a nice little blanket with pet health club on it. The little videos are very useful, although I did notice most seem to have images of very young kittens. I got mine at 12 weeks old which is the recommended minimum age to be removed from mum and they nearly all looked younger than this. I understand some may have younger for various reasons eg rescues but this should not been seen as the norm. Would also be nice to have the link for the whole library rather than ones sent at random by email. Apologises of if I missed this somewhere.

Not cheap but I’m so glad Sure Petcare have finally made split pet bowls which are dishwasher safe.

Lockers are very simple and easy to use. I think, will know for sure when I hear it’s been delivered!!

To be honest the connectors didn’t originally fit my system. However I contacted water 2, sent them a couple photo’s of one tour size difference and within a week they had sent me adaptors which fit. It wasn’t that easy as I needed 2 spanner’s to stop it leaking. But now it’s in and it’s so much easier than using a jug filter. No noticable change to my water pressure and peace of mind over the quality of the water. Would have given 4 star due to the issues but because of the excellent service I bumped it back up to a 5.

Very pleased with my order. Received my plants and they were a good size and looked very healthy for this time of year. I hope they grow well.

I wasn’t sure when I signed up to use these Solicitors which were preferred by the Estate Agents. But having had bad experiences in the past I didn’t want to use any of those I’d used for my other 3 house moves (One was particularly irresponsible)! I have no regrets they have been great. Aleisha and Hannah were lovely to talk to, made me feel at ease, and helped to make it a fast, straight forward process. Sale was done in 8 weeks.

Tracy was great she was so helpful and understanding. This was the 4th house I’ve sold and not the easiest. Tracy’s advice was so useful and reassuring. It helped me to feel like I wasn’t dealing with it on my own.

Delivered on time to the safe place I specified.

I just want to give Hazel a huge thank you for all of her advertising, help and advice. I’ve just had a good offer made on my house after the first day of viewings! Without Hazel’s guidance I’m sure I wouldn’t have done so well. This is going to be a very happy Christmas! Thank you all!

My shed was delivered yesterday by Phil and Andy. Lovely chaps, they put the shed safely and efficiently where I requested. They also helped guide neighbours cars safely past their lorry during the process which prob just took about 20 mins. We’re hoping to put the shed up in a fortnight so will update this after that. Slightly annoying that the base was going to be delivered 4 days before the date I requested. I had to rearrange with dpd as fortunately I caught their “delivering today!” notification in time whilst I was at work.

Nana’s secret was useless on my oven despite their advertising to suggest it worked miracles. Annoyingly I believed the reviews and got 2. Don’t want anything else from them ever now.
