Ordered fire bricks for our wood burner they arrived promptly and were very well packaged so no breakages to what are very fragile items. My husband found them easy to fit .Wouldnt hesitate to order from them in the future.

I have just had a message that this company has gone into liquidation, how can that happen when we pay a fortune to park our cars. They also said no chance of a refund and to claim off travel insurance or credit/debit card you payed with. Disgraceful.

I have just recieved a message from Evri saying the won't be delivering my parcel when I had actually paid £5.99 for next day delivery, the same thing happened about ten days ago with another delivery and still haven't received that one. They are absolutely shocking !😡😡😡

Went in my local branch to enquire about my accounts. A lovely member of staff (sorry didn't get her name) sorted everything out for me closed old accounts and opened new ones she was very helpful.

I had a message to say my parcel was out for delivery, then I got second message with a change in time of the delivery. I new what was coming next as this has happened before, they now say they can't deliver it today. What a terrible firm don't know why suppliers use them 🤬

I had arranged for my parcel to be picked up. I got two emails telling me times they were arriving when that time passed I then got a message saying they could not take the parcel saying it wasn't packed correctly which was a total lie as know one even turned up 😡

Review of Vets for Pets
I unfortunately had to have my cat euthanized, when I booked the appointment I was told the price would be £43.50. I got a shock when I went to pay and it was over £75 when I questioned this I was asked if I was taking the cat home, when I said I wasn't the receptionist said oh that's why it's more. Why wasn't this mentioned before what a rip of when people are upset at losing their animals.

Wasn't impressed with the one man delivery how was he supposed to deliver a super king mattress by himself? It's only because it was a Sunday and my husband was here to help him. The mattress itself is made of a cheap material, I've only had it a few months and it's starting to dip. Don't think it will last very long. Will not buy from here again.

I received my super king mattress today 10 days after ordering which I thought was good considering the length of time some people seem to have waited. The delivery driver was by himself and was supposed to deliver the really heavy mattress on his own,it was only because it was Sunday my husband was here and had to help him carry it up a fifty foot drive otherwise I wouldn't have been able to take delivery. Mattress seems alright will know better after sleeping on it tonight.
