Parker Brand are fantastic

Parker Brand are fantastic! We found our new self-propelled lawnmower at a much lower price than we could find elsewhere. Ordering was simple, and the delivery time was fast. My husband quickly had it assembled and started. From beginning to end, the service and product were flawless, and we were kept fully informed throughout.

Excellent Fast Service

From beginning to end the service and quality from online carpets was excellent. We found a carpet we love pretty quickly and were pleasantly surprised by the price. Delivery was within a few days and the driver was really friendly and helpful. Add to this that they kept us informed at every step. A flawless service with FREE delivery too. We will be back in future.

Absolute Rip Off

We bought a cctv system in July, after 7 months this really cheap looking set top box broke down. I contacted Debenhams to return or replace the faulty item sand was fairly rudely told that they buy from third parties and it is their terms and conditions. They are only covered for 6 months unless I can show them the 12 month warranty advertised. Conveniently, they "forgot" to put my paperwork in the box and I foolishly thought my proof of purchase was enough. Item and customer service is appalling and these people are NOT Debenhams, but rather Boohoo masquerading as them and trading fon their previous good name. To add insult to injury they then asked for my feedback on my experience!! Please do not trust this company, they will rip you off.

It is useful to note that we have a specific timescale that we are able to cater faulty goods which is 6 months from the date showing as delivered. Anthing after this time is down to the concessionaire brand to confirm if there is any extended warranty on this past the 6 months.

Excellent Considerate Service

The updates offered bt Yodel kept me informed every step of the way and there were also plenty of options for alternate delivery methods. Our delivery was on time and the driver was cheerful and polite too. Our fragile package arrived in perfect condition too. We will definitely be using Yodel again in future.

We love Hings Garden

We love Hings Garden. The special curry and the Ribs in Kindo Sauce are our particular favourites. Delivery time is so quick and the food is always piping hot and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend anyone give them a try.

Excellent service

I ordered new sketchers in the sale for a fantastic price and paid £4.99 for 3-5 days. I was left a bit baffled by the website saying that my order was "Ready to ship" for two days, so I used the web chat to ask if there were any problems. The lady was love and the response was immediate - no queues. She said everything was fine.
I was surprised to find my order on my doorstep by 10am the next day. It seems their online updates are a bit slow, but the order from start to delivery was 4 days. My Sketchers were spot on and I really cannot fault the service I received. I will definitely be using HOF again in the future.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been with Santander for 8 years now and have been repeatedly impressed with the level of service I have received. There seems no problem too big or small that they cannot handle.

Just 2 days ago I visited a supermarket ATM withdrew my cash and left - only realising 20 minutes later that I had not picked up the cash. Obviously I was mortified and could not believe what I had done. I contacted Santander and the customers services were brilliant in logging the problem and not making me feel like a complete fool. In under 36 hours Santander had refunded my money in full. I truly could not be more appreciative of how my silly mistake was rectified so quickly and with so much kindness. I will definitely recommend Santander to others, the DO go the extra mile.
