The team at the Ottershaw office were very friendly, helpful and professional. It was good to meet them all when they came round to the house as a team to see what the house offered prospective buyers and have answers ready to some of the frequently asked questions before viewings were booked in. Our first buyers pulled out of the agreed sale after the autumn budget. Phill Shortman worked quickly and very effectively to find a new buyer so that we did not loose the house we had an offered accepted on. Alex kept us informed on a regular basis of how the process was progressing. Overall we were very pleased with the service and attention we received.

I recently ordered a storage rack system and 8 plastic boxes from Tufferman for my garage. The online order was executed quickly and within 4 days the goods arrived. Unfortunately two of the plastic lids were damaged. I contacted Tufferman and they sent replacement's within two days. Excellent customer services.

I really like the idea of going back to using glass, a true recyclable product, instead of plastic for buying milk. I like that I can make changes to my order very easy and that I can also add a range of other items to my order as necessary.

Very efficient service, medication came within three days of the doctor's surgery sending in the request.
