Refund Delayed for 14 Days with No Real Support

Klarna has been holding my refund for 14 days. Customer support is unhelpful, repeatedly asking me to send a bank account screenshot. I paid with a Klarna card—so how is my bank account even relevant?

Misleading Service and Delayed Refund

They set a low price but failed to mention on the page that production would take 44 days to arrive. I requested a refund, but it has not been received after a week. I don’t recommend this service.

Very slow and expensive

Very slow and expensive. In order to charge the customer more, they include the weight of the boxes — which would normally be discarded when consolidating shipments — into the shipping cost. Even if the box weighs only 0.3 pounds (not even half a pound), the customer still has to pay for a full extra pound. Despite ongoing communication, they refuse to remove the boxes before weighing.

After some weeks of negotiation, finally they agree to change. But the progression is super exhausting.

Scam

They used to be good, but for weeks now, I’ve paid for a gift card that doesn’t work. I’ve contacted them many times to fix it, but they just keep making excuses and still haven’t resolved the issue. Fortunately, I only put €10 on it. Still, I won’t be coming back after this month—this feels like a scam.

Avoid this company. They take your money quickly but provide no service. They don’t respond, refuse to pay, and take no responsibility. I’m stuck in a two-year contract with them. I will never go back!

No customer support

They haven’t replied to my refund request for two weeks! They renewed a subscription for a product without informing me or even asking for my consent. I’m not comfortable with this at all! There is no customer support! They used to be good with respect to customers, and their customer support was always reachable. However, after this experience, I will never use them again! I’m ready to uninstall my Norton software from all my devices!

After giving the order number: AP1571682450, also no response! As of now, I've already cancelled all Norton services!!!

Update: Jan. 29, refund has been issued, but I have no longer trust on you. I have cancelled all service.

Compensation after various reviews online

Before placing my order, I sent numerous emails to confirm how to use the coupon, and customer service confirmed. However, after placing the order, I found out the coupon couldn’t be used. Other customer service agents told me it was because I didn't follow the rules. They won't compensate for the incorrect information provided by their customer support earlier. The coupon's instructions were vague, with two different dates for use, and they could twist it in any way. This is my last time using this site!

After posting several reviews about the situation online, they finally responded to the issue and compensated me with 3,000 yen.

Agree with other review, rude, impolite, unfriendly staff

I don't know what's wrong with the staff at the gate. They're incredibly rude, impolite, and unfriendly, just as other reviews have mentioned. If I had only encountered these Polish people, I would have thought that this is typical of Polish behavior. If the personal item is only allowed to be 2KG, perhaps you could include that information on the ticket? I know hand luggage is limited to 8KG, and after I removed items to fit into my personal item (with dimensions all within limits), they started criticizing the weight of my personal item. I've been flying frequently with Ryanair and many other budget airlines and have never had issues with the weight of a personal item before.

Unable to get refund, unable to change payment method from the account

I ordered one month plan, and I didn't know it's automatically set as "auto renew", as in my knowledge, I was just ordering "one month" of the service. They took money directly from my Paypal without my authorization, also it's impossible for the system to change the payment method - you have to delete the account, or pay another new subscription. They won't offer refund for the auto payment that I have completely no knowledge beforehand with. I feel extremely uncomfortable with this. What kind of company is that? Not allowing customer to change payment method? What is the idea to keep customer's payment data in your system? As a company you can also choose to make it more convenient, flexible, and being more transparent to customers for more in the future; but you choose to be stubborn. There're many of your competitors in the market. What chance with you in the future? You get only one chance most of the time with each customers! Your connecting speed is also not the fastest! I will not back again, because I don't feel comfortable!!!

Update: August 22nd, I deleted the whole NordVPN from my computer, for months when I had it, my computer was all of a sudden going very slow; after deleting it, everything went fast......God knows what they have put in the software? Suspicious!!!
