Unable to get refund, unable to change payment method from the account
I ordered one month plan, and I didn't know it's automatically set as "auto renew", as in my knowledge, I was just ordering "one month" of the service. They took money directly from my Paypal without my authorization, also it's impossible for the system to change the payment method - you have to delete the account, or pay another new subscription. They won't offer refund for the auto payment that I have completely no knowledge beforehand with. I feel extremely uncomfortable with this. What kind of company is that? Not allowing customer to change payment method? What is the idea to keep customer's payment data in your system? As a company you can also choose to make it more convenient, flexible, and being more transparent to customers for more in the future; but you choose to be stubborn. There're many of your competitors in the market. What chance with you in the future? You get only one chance most of the time with each customers! Your connecting speed is also not the fastest! I will not back again, because I don't feel comfortable!!!
Update: August 22nd, I deleted the whole NordVPN from my computer, for months when I had it, my computer was all of a sudden going very slow; after deleting it, everything went fast......God knows what they have put in the software? Suspicious!!!
