Great product customer service sucks
Update - just received an email saying that as my issue wasn't isolated they will reinstate the lost points. Glad they have done the right thing but either their bot or their customer service agents need to be more customer focused.
Received a email saying that my Reward Points were would expire next week so went to place order so as to not lose them only to find they had been removed already.
On contacting the company I was told that the date on the email was incorrect and they were removed last month but as per their policy they were not able to reinstate them.
Lovely product but terrible customer service absolutely sucks
