Update; unsure if as a result of this review or my reply to their email but my case was escalated (not at my request) and someone has said they will look into what went wrong and given me a goodwill gesture. Thank you for addressing this Wonderbly. (They didn’t mention the review or ask me to amend it)
I uploaded a photo, cropped it etc and it was showing on the page in the preview section. I checked out.
When I glanced at the email confirmation/ preview it did not contain the photo I uploaded and it had shown in the preview page. No stress I thought, as it said it was still possible to edit/ customise the order and had not yet gone into print.
It didn’t allow me to re-upload the photo, no stress I thought, I’ll email customer services straight away. It still hadn’t gone to print. I’m sure they can help with this tech issue. Incorrect, they do not provide customer service or support, just patronising and blame avoiding emails.
So the book is coming, without the photo I uploaded (as I now have read other reviews, I can see has happened to other peoples orders) and this company don’t care and suck. Check out competitors who are no doubt cheaper and hopefully have better customer services
