customer service

Update; unsure if as a result of this review or my reply to their email but my case was escalated (not at my request) and someone has said they will look into what went wrong and given me a goodwill gesture. Thank you for addressing this Wonderbly. (They didn’t mention the review or ask me to amend it)

I uploaded a photo, cropped it etc and it was showing on the page in the preview section. I checked out.

When I glanced at the email confirmation/ preview it did not contain the photo I uploaded and it had shown in the preview page. No stress I thought, as it said it was still possible to edit/ customise the order and had not yet gone into print.

It didn’t allow me to re-upload the photo, no stress I thought, I’ll email customer services straight away. It still hadn’t gone to print. I’m sure they can help with this tech issue. Incorrect, they do not provide customer service or support, just patronising and blame avoiding emails.

So the book is coming, without the photo I uploaded (as I now have read other reviews, I can see has happened to other peoples orders) and this company don’t care and suck. Check out competitors who are no doubt cheaper and hopefully have better customer services

fantastic!

We were blown away! The order arrived really promptly, was well packaged and all beautifully wrapped. What a lovely selection of stunning (and practical!) baby and children’s products.

Wrong product and no reply from customer services

I ordered an XL pregnancy belt but received an L. I emailed customer services several days ago (update: to the exact address they mentioned in their response) and have not had a reply, but I did get an email asking for my review, hence this!

Update: I received a very apologetic reply today, my email had gone to their junk hence it took a few days to get a reply. They have put this right and delivered good customer service.

Super slow shipping, no help from customer service

I placed an order on Thurs 15th July. It was dispatched on Fri 16th (awesome, I thought.....). Pela's site states 7-14 days shipping, my order is showing as arriving 3 weeks after dispatch. I will be out of the country and would never have placed an order with a 3 week wait. Contacted customer services and no help offered. Apparently, this item is handmade, so I have no option to cancel it. Really poor. They clearly aren't using the correct post option as it is definitely possible to get an order to the UK from Canada in less than 3 weeks. My other issue is that we ordered two cases, one is shipped from the US and one from Canada. I question the sustainability of this company and if they are "saving the world" as their e-mails state...

Review of Wex Photo Video

Order not sent, item became out of stock no update given

I placed an order of an 'in stock' product on Thursday 20th May. I paid £8 for a 2 working day delivery service. By 26th May (4th working day) I'd had no delivery attempts or communication from Wex at all. I called today, spoke to someone to outline the situation and was put on hold for 15 minutes, then advised that whilst there was 1 in stock when I bought it, someone else also bought one so they got the product. I totally get that this happens, but I wonder if Wex at any point would have told me or contacted me? This has severely impacted a shoot booked for 28th May (I had allowed an extra 3-4 working days for any delays or issues). Very lacklustre customer service and poor ordering experience.

First of all I would like to apologise for what has happened here - we really have fallen short of the high standards we set ourselves.

Your review has open up a conversation between myself and the Warehouse management team, as there is a clear error with a current process. Unfortunately, if an item that is already allocated to an order is removed from stock, we (the Contact Centre) have no way of knowing this without be made aware, so a new process will be put in place.

I do hope this does not put you off from ordering with us again in the future.

Amazing wine and excellent experience

What amazing wine and an excellent experience. I signed up for the April box and also had one delivered to friends. We hosted a virtual dinner party and winetasting and it was single handedly the best evening during lockdown that we have had. The wine (especially the Australian Pinot Gris) was exceptional and the tasting notes and guide on how to taste wine were also really great. We'll be keeping our supscription! Good value for money as the quality of the wine was worth the price of the box alone.

Great customer service always!

Sweaty Betty always have great customer service, a big reason I shop with them and have done since 2012. Today I had standout amazing service from Jess in the Cheapside branch. I popped in to find out when I had purchased a sports bra (of which the strap randomly broke last night), it turns out it was a little while ago, and had this been any other sports chain which don’t care about quality in the same way sweaty betty does, they would have then asked if I wanted to purchase a new one. Jess was super helpful,l went and looked for the same bra in my size and then exchanged it without me even asking. I’m really impressed and it is because of this service and obsession with quality that keeps me coming back to them! Thanks SB
