Liars. They tell people they’ve failed credit checks because they either don't have enough phones to fulfil the orders/they made a mistake with the deals that they put online and they shouldn't have sold the phones that cheap/Vodafone have withdrawn their offer and therefore BuyMobiles.net have to withdraw their offer from customers. I have a credit score of 920 and have asked Vodafone and apparently a credit check hasn’t even been carried out. I have cancelled my previous phone contract and cannot find any other good deals now that Black Friday Is over so buymobiles have lead to me spending way More money than I can afford. I could have gone through CPW or a more reputable company and got a good deal but now all of the other deals are so much more expensive and I’m out of pocket. Also, awful customer service. I was on hold for an hour 3 times and they hung up. The 4th time they answered after an hour and said everything was fine and I’d receive my phone and an hour later I got an email to say it was cancelled and the money had been refunded. So they’re not only incompetent but also too frightened to tell the truth over the phone so just lie instead.
