Unable to track parcel as no tracking ref. supplied. No delivery ETA or progress updates so I had to ask seller to find out status. Parcel left in public view instead of safe place. Package left wrong way up even though marked that it contained plants. Final email confirming delivery stated that it had been left in safe place and that a card had been posted through the door: both statements untrue. Dreadful service from begining to end.
