Great support and communication

Had a problem with some pedals but that wasn’t Race Sims fault. They did however fix the problem quickly and with great communication and could not have done anymore to be helpful. You can buy from them with confidence and highly recommend

Booked for a hotel that is closed

Only after booking did I ready the terrible reviews so I contacted the hotel directly to check the reservation had even been made for the 11th May. turns our the hotel isn't even open until the 28th May. Impossible to speak to someone for refund and doubt I will even get any refund based on other reviews.

Park is shut because of lockdown and…

Park is shut because of lockdown and ParkDean has refused any kind of refund, where other bug parks are giving 60% refund. Will not be an owner next year and will change from ParkDean to another operator

The first 3 months it was very good but…

The first 3 months it was very good but then had a problem where when I start pouring, it doesn't stop and I am reaching for all the glasses I can find and it makes a mess.

This is a problem that many others seem to have and it is useless now as the pouring problem happens every single time so I cannot use

Bought rock band items that were not…

Bought rock band items that were not supplied with dongle even though it was not stated a dongle was required anywhere.

Also stated came with batteries and straps, got no batteries for either and only 1 came with a strap
