I'm undecided at this stage as I'm still learning how to use. The screen is too bright for night driving and doesn't seem to darken automatically (i might be doing it wrong). So I manually darkened it for night but then it didn't brighten in the daytime and I couldn't read it. Still playing with it.

Thank you for your feedback! 😊 It can take a little time to get familiar with all the settings. The screen brightness can usually be adjusted manually or through the display settings, so you may find a level that works well for both day and night driving.

I was overcharged on insurance because…

I was overcharged on insurance because I paid it when booking the car online via webjet then because I wasn't there, hubby got asked if he wanted insurance when at the kiosk picking up the car. You're asking ways to improve? Either don't ask at the kiosk when the car is pre booked or find a way to see on your computer that insurance has already been taken out.

I have complained about advertised sales this exact same…

I have complained about this exact same thing on our last purchase. Although we are very happy with our purchases the way you go about your "sales" is very annoying to customers and put people off doing business. We purchased a winch on "sale" only to find it advertised the next day at a cheaper price again!! I would like a refund of the difference or at least a credit.

Customer service went wrong

Customer service went wrong. Your 3000 inverter were on special $100 off. We screenshot the page and went in to purchase one only to find out the special had finished so we decided we werent in a hurry, we'll wait. We were wandering around and another salesman asked if we needed help... i said in a VERY lighthearted bantering way "yeah, can you give me $100 off the inverter " he obviously had a bad day and proceeded to tell me off for not saying please and continued with... not if you ask like that!! I was a bit dumbfounded because i hadn't asked in an annoyed way or a rude way, it was done in a very jovial tone. Even if it HAD been in a rude way, he shouldve been polite and just said he unfortunately couldn't do it.
To add salt to the wound, the VERY next day they came on sale again.
You perhaps need to let employees know at least the day before which items are coming on sale. If he'd said can't do it today but come back tomorrow we'd have been happy. Even better would have been "yes, i could probably do that for you because they are on sale tomorrow " This would please ALL your customers and make them know they are valued!!! Can't remember the exact date so I've only estimated.

The only thing i was concerned about…

The only thing i was concerned about with our recent purchase was we bought an ex demo model and were told after we paid for it that there was no Warranty. If its only an ex demo model why no Warranty? Doesn't ex demo mean it was in the shop just on display?
