I booked a parcel in on Monday…

I booked a parcel in on Monday 08.12.2025 to be collected on Tuesday 09.12.2025, I am still waiting for the parcel to be collected today (11.12.2025) What a joke of a company. Avoid at all cost.

I instructed the driver to leave my parcel with a neighbour…

I instructed the driver to leave my parcel with a neighbour, but instead the parcel was left outside my house, this is not the first time this has happened, last time my parcel was stolen.

DRIVER WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL

DRIVER WAS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL, INFACT I WOULD SAY VERY RUDE. HE LEFT A YOUNG GIRL TO CARRY VERY HEAVY BOXES OF ENGINE OIL (4 x 5LT BOTTLES PER BOX) FROM THE STEPS NEAR MY DRIVE. HIS EXCUSE WAS IT IS A DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY, NO CONSIDERATION AT ALL FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Delivery driver claims he had left my…

Delivery driver claims he had left my parcel by the front door, when I returned home no parcel left. On another delivery driver claims he had been, four people in the house and no one seen any delivery van or man.

Upon checking the details, the tracking details are showing all dispatches have been delivered.

Due to this, our claims team will be investigating this with the couriers, but along with this, they will be arranging a non-receipt letter/email to be sent to you. They will need you to return this back to us, signed where appropriate. This will help them with being able to speed up the process for you.

SENT OUT THE WRONG ITEMS

SENT OUT THE WRONG ITEMS, WHEN I PHONED AND EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED THE ARM PROTECTORS URGENTLY AS MY HUSBAND WAS BEING SENT HOME FROM HOSPITAL WITH A PICC LINE IN HIS ARM, THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFULL AT ALL. WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THEM.
