why cant you talk to a representative on the phone?

The robot service chat was not helpful but i went on a live chat. That person was very polite but unable/unwilling to speak to me via phone so that i could be lead through the process to access/transfer funds. Instead i had to maneuver through multiple windows online and 1 1/2 hours later no success. Go fund me needs to work on a better way to let people access their funds. This was too frustrating and i will not do this again.

Took forever to receive order

The intake process was a snap, polite responsive women who helped with product info and quick ordering. However the manufacturing , shipping and delivery were unacceptably slow and painful. Major problems actually getting my order. Not sure I could ever trust them again. The railings and balusters were not fine enough to override the horrible delivery issues.

So sorry to hear you are disappointed. Yes, you are correct that we ran late getting your order shipped.

A critical piece of equipment was out of production for 10 days while we waited for parts from out-of-state. Unfortunately, some of the items on your order were directly impacted by this delay. This is the first time we have experienced a delay of this magnitude due to equipment problems.

This affected a number of orders placed before yours, so part of your order was shipped approximately 2 weeks late. Hopefully, you were notified as soon as we became aware of the delay, as that is our firm procedure whenever an order is late.

We always try to accurately forecast when an order will ship, as we know that is important to our customers. Our sincere apologies that a portion of your order ran far too late. Thanks for understanding.
