Five different time changes for a delivery on a SUNDAY which is as actually meant to be the Saturday. Now allegedly it’s been delivered today but no one came to the door - blurry photo which could be anywhere. Astonishingly bad service. Worst courier company going. Genuinely stealing money for a service they don’t provide.

Absolutely fabulous!! Tamara is so skilled and talented. My lashes always look amazing and really last. She is very friendly and welcoming, and will ensure you leave with the lashes of your dreams. Parking is easy and the salon is clean, comfy and private. Perfect every time!!

Super fast delivery. Ordered Friday night and delivered Sunday lunchtime. Driver was very friendly and bubbly. All round excellent service.

This has to be a joke! Asked to rate an item which hasn’t even been delivered cos is taken so long???? Poor at best. Called after 4 days as never dispatched - not interested. Has now been with courier 4 days and not delivered.

Beyond Awful.

Was meant to be next day delivery and they didn’t show. They then attempted to deliver on Monday but didn’t wait for anyone to answer. There is a large sign asking for extra time to be allowed for someone to answer the door but clearly he couldn’t be bothered.

I called the company I’d ordered from and asked for the delivery address to be changed to my work - which I would have used had I know ‘next day delivery’ doesn’t actually mean the next day - stupid me!!

I was assured it would come the following day to work - only for them to deliver it to the house. I mean finally I got the item but Yodel aren’t THIS bad

Email sent at 2pm advising delivery would be between 1-3pm….thanks for the notice!! However no delivery was actually attempted and just after 2pm I got an email to say they had missed us. Photo ‘proof’ is clearly of the inside of a van as I can assure you it is not pitch black at that time in the afternoon where I live. Very poor company and would not have them as my first choice of courier. Very unreliable and deceitful. I would add that this is not the first issue with Hermes

Excellent site and service. Items I bought were due to be delivered in 3-4 weeks but actually came in 3-4 DAYS. Never have any issues with Sefret Sales and recommend them all the time!
