Outstanding customer service

The flowers are always very good quality but what makes this company stand out is its customer service, which is outstanding. Even issues that I've had which have been self caused, e.g. sending flowers to the wrong address, Bloom & Wild have gone above and beyond to resolve for me.

Get your IT systems in order!

I was falsely told that my parcel had been delivered to my front porch, resulting in unnecessary time and effort being spent trying to find the order. I am disabled and incidentally, I don't have a front porch. The parcel was then delivered the next day. I don't expect this messing about when I order goods online.

Mixed experience

The plants were good quality and delivered in good condition. However the company is disorganised and customer services inefficient.

Falling standards

We have been with Watson fuels a long time and are currently continuing that relationship in the hope that they will become again the company they once were.
The latest incident involved a fuel delivery that was sent on a delivery day that we had informed Watson was not convenient. This delivery information was included on the delivery advice note but then completely ignored. The whole situation would have been mitigated if Watson had contacted us to discuss the options.

Delivery was a shambles

Delivery was a shambles. It was promised 4 times before it actually arrived. Customer service were very variable in effectiveness. Bring back the old days when you rang the depot, arranged delivery and it came when promised. Watsons need to up their game or get it back to how it was.

Hassle free experience

The experience was straight forward, there were no unforseen probems and it all went smoothly to plan. Buying through Solar Together made the whole thing very easy and saved us a lot of time and trouble in terms of vetting companies, comparing quotes etc.
