These are the worse I’ve ever seen was…

These are the worse I’ve ever seen was told would be there 6 hours then tried to say was finished 3 hours early after inspection the house was not clean
No windows cleaned
No skirting cleaned
Toilets still filthy
Shower screen not cleaned
Taps still dirty
They must of pushed the vacuum around not plugged in as what a bad effort
£320 for this now refusing a partial refund
Totally avoid at all costs such a poor attitude

Thanks for your feedback, we were sorry to learn that the car wasn’t as clean as you had expected it to be. We hope speaking with our After Sales Manager has helped resolve your concerns, yet we regret that you are unable to return to our Cannock Branch for a complimentary interior and exterior valet. As a trusted and respected retailer we pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service, preparation and presentation. In this instance, we understand that our Sales Team agreed to manage your Hand Over outside of our usual collection hours (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00). Subsequently, at the time of your arrival our valet team had left for the evening and therefore your car had been parked for around 90 Minutes gathering surface dust from the adjacent A5 Main Road and heavy industry whilst awaiting your arrival. We must assure you that your car did undergo a full valet but had not been ‘washed and leathered’ as near to your arrival as it ordinarily would owing to the later time of your Hand Over Appointment. If our Valet Team had still have been on site at the time of your Hand Over we would have not only have been able to present the car free of any gathered surface dust, but could have also resolved any valet concerns you might have had there and then. Again, we are sorry if the cleanliness of the car didn’t meet your expectations, we were however pleased to hear that overall you were happy with your Available Car experience and that your wife is very pleased with the car itself. The offer to fully valet the car remains open to you, should you be able to return to our Cannock Branch over the coming months.
