Since first ordering from 3fatcats a few years ago I’ve never gone back to any other cardboard scratcher. They are the highest quality and last so much longer than any others. My cat loves his scratcher for scratching and sleeping. Delivery is always super quick. Couldn’t ask for anything more, would absolutely recommend for any cat owner!

Amazing service and communication. Staff are lovely and did a perfect job on my alloys.

If you want to get in contact with their customer services then good luck. Wouldn't recommend buying the haul pass as I ordered a few things and paid for the haul pass for next day delivery and everything still took 3 days to arrive. I have now been trying to return one item for almost 3 weeks now and have had no response from anyone. All round just appalling customer service and I will not be buying from here again, would recommend looking somewhere else if you can.

Update: Thank you for actually replying, however i'm unsure of where you have got this information from as I have no emails whatsoever in my inbox or junk in relation to the return instructions, the only replies I have had from your team was on the 5/01/22 asking me to confirm the full name of item to return, the reason and to confirm that it was unopened which I did and received nothing in return. I then emailed again and received a reply on the 12/01/22 claiming that my request wasn't 'clear' and asking to clarify the issue, which I replied to and yet again received no response. So I can clearly receive emails from you however I have only ever received one from a real person. So please enlighten me with what I should do because the service I have received is absolutely abysmal.

Literally the worst garage I’ve ever been to. The salesman was extremely shady and rude as he assumed we couldn’t afford the car we were looking at. He was just desperate for a sale and was not bothered about us. After taking the car we have had it for just 2 years with nothing but trouble. During the hot summer we had an issue with the air conditioning which smelt like something had died inside, we had warranty and when taking it for them to fix they assured us there was nothing wrong and smell coming from the air-con even though we put it on and there definitely was, we felt as they were calling us liars. After the 3rd time taking it back to be looked at again, the car came back magically with no smell at all and they still continued to assure us there was no problem and nothing bad they could smell but some how the 3rd time there was no smell and they had fixed it.

We now have the problem of an engine warning light with EPC so we booked a diagnostic test with the garage themselves which took a week or so to get in anyways with no offer of a courtesy car so I have had to drive to work and back every day with these warning lights not being able to come to a complete stop or else the car just has a meltdown. Then we receive a call that the person who does this has had to isolate so now can’t do it until the middle of august which is just ridiculous. Why is there only one person who can do this is beyond me, so we went to a different garage instead which fit us in next day and we have been told we have a failed fuel injector which is now going to cost over £1000 to fix which is just perfect. Then spoke to VW to get a quote on how much they would charge to fix it and they refused to give a quote and said they need to run their own diagnostics, great help. The garage is just a joke and does not care what problems you have as long as you give them money. I’ll never be returning to one of these garages again and would not recommend anyone else to bother looking as you’ll more than likely just have numerous problems with your car that they won’t want to help with and having you driving all over the place to try get it fixed.

The customer service at this place is awful, every time we call they talk to us as if we are stupid and often hung up the phone if it was something they didn’t want to deal with. Everyone who works in there is so far up themselves they look down on everyone around them. When looking at cars they obviously thought we couldn’t afford they were not bothered one bit and just looked us up and down.

I purchased something from a company who then invited me to write a review. This was quickly removed by trust pilot with the only explanation that “If you’re closely associated with, work for, or are in competition with a particular business, you shouldn’t review it.” Which following their “rules” I am in no way, shape or form:

* You own, have owned, or someone in your immediate family owns
* You're employed by or work for, or
* Is a direct competitor to a business you own or work for

Guidelines for Reviewers set out that you can review a company if you've had a recent, genuine experience with them. It could be:
* You bought something
* You ordered something (even if the order was cancelled!)
* You had a phone conversation, email correspondence, or online chat
* You visited a store
* You otherwise used the company's products or services

After emailing back questioning why they offered no help or information as to why and said:

“We consider this case closed and won’t be reassessing our decision.

We appreciate your understanding.”

They didn’t even give me a chance to ask anything or to understand the situation further I was just shot down immediately unable to respond and my case is closed. So.... even though I have purchased something from the actual company reviews are still not allowed. I used to respect trust pilots reviews and use them to gain an opinion on a company but after this i wouldn’t not recommend using this as a source to rate a business as they just take good reviews off with no good reason or proof. Would defiantly not recommend at all.

Very efficient. Very friendly and trustworthy workers. Would definatly use this company again.
