Delivery was fine. Shipping process was fine. Product was old and tired and way past it's best. Petals had already started to rot before I opened it. The valentines bouquet (priced at £72) last 4 days tops before it looked like it needed to be thrown out. £1 Daffodils from local shop last far longer. Sent photos back and complained. Offered a discount on future purchases. I will never buy from this retailer again. I suggest you don't either

What can I say? As ever the best customer service. The best products. The freshest ingredients. The tastiest cocktails. Others genuinely don't even come close.

There are companies that you come across that aren't huge, but are far more professional and friendly and competent than any of the bigger providers.

I've been ordering from Nio for a while now. I started in 2023 and did quite a few over the course of the last couple or years and especially at christmas.
I'd had some health issues at the time and was very mindful of what I ate and drink while I was recovering. The Nio cocktails have really made it easy to have a relaxing drink or two of a weekend. The product is absolutely superb. Quality ingredients. Perfectly blended.

Their service has been superb. They replaced a damaged parcel a while back without even being asked. Their choice and quality of product is brilliant. It's all too easy to not pass on credit where credit is due and these guys deserve some recognition.

There are certain small companies that have the best products, the easiest websites to navigate and the best customer service. Nio is one of them. Ten out of ten guys

Awful service. Item was specifically booked for a set date. It didn't arrive on that day. This was vital. I Tried to contact flourish. Line was permanently engaged. No response on social Media either. Will not be using them again.

Doesn't seem legitimate. They advertise and sell one product, but deliver a cheap substitute that isn't anywhere near what you ordered.

Horrendous experience from day 1. Poor communications, late delivery, no response to emails, no response to phone calls. Please avoid this business and seller at all costs
