I unfortunately made a mistake and ordered the wrong perfume. No questions asked: I wrote to them once, explained the situation and got refunded. Happy End. I’ll buy again from CosmeticExpress. Thank you guys!

I’m very sorry for the customers whose experience with THE OUTNET was bad, but I can not confirm anything of it.
I ordered a Marchesa Notte dress just before the Corona lockdowns, and did not have any news from my order for a couple of weeks after that. I honestly was ready to never receive it and claim my money back, but THE OUTNET has suddenly sent me a shipment confirmation (DHL on demand delivery = expensive), and I received my dress only 3 days after that. Being aware of the situation in Italy I’m very, very impressed. So I ordered another dress right away :) a Missoni one this time, which was shipped within a week. It arrived, again, 3 days after the shipment notification was sent to me.
I don’t even need to say that both dresses and packages were flawless, I keep both. I had a rebate of 81% for the Missoni dress and 70% on the Marchesa Notte, which I found quite outstanding. I’ll order again, thank you THE OUTNET, you made me happy in these crazy times :)

One of the best services I ever had in my professional life! Not even mentioning the product quality: they have only great brands. I'll definitely work with FLC again.
