When our American fridge freezer failed and was irreparable, with no back up, DB were extremely helpful in sourcing a replacement at a very competitive price, and delivering the next day. Everybody was considerate and knowledgeable, and fitting went smoothly.

No criticism at all of the staff or service from the Eastbourne store. The range and pricing of the products on offer are also excellent. We have reduced the rating by one star to reflect the difficulty under which the staff are put by the computer systems (including the small screens) currently available to them.
