Open an account just on March 2023. I was waited for 2weeks to get an appointment. Im foriener who cant speak German but it find I brought a friend who can speak. After spend somtime with opening the account which super easy with questions... the woman thier just handed me a lot of papper. Amd wait for everything else to sent by post....
I was waiting alomost 2 weeks for many letters with debit card.
I had to brought 6 lettets with 2 diffrent pin back to the bank an ask for help. After I was able to half way set up my online banking. I need to wait for more letter!!!!​ AGAIN.
It was 2 months I still blank on my the acount.
I doubt that the bank could have gave me all of this at the bank with online banking set up on the frist day, The woman there did very small job but get paid well for what!( in thailand you get everything in person on the first day you open and account it easy and trustful.)

I got a letter but I for got a password, now my accout was locked while was traveling...

I went to once branch the woman banker said they will send the new pin and new debit card! I wondered why I need a new card, my card is with me, didnt lost! She siad it is a rule.....

I waited for another 2 months keep checking my mail box nothing sent. Until I went to the branch agaij for asking. This time the branch in Munich Hbf the gentle banker talk aggressive to me in German said " If no speak german no service to you bring a translater in person"! ..... Very Rude....

I just walked to another branch and found another banker who can speak english.
He said different this time he said I did not need a new card, just a new pin letter....

Alright I was bullshitthing this bank is a joke!

I asked him to terminate my account, no more terrible service.

And yet since open the account 8 months I still couldnt get acccess to an online banking!

Smell like an original 95%. Value your money a lot. My friends want them after smell it.

There should more report on suspeciuos a fake review.

Before you purchase this software , ask yourself , can you beat the market share or not … would you like to join in and pay for it?  did you get fun with the template and features … ?  Are they new or old boring dating websites that people have seen ? 
I ordered a Dating Pro Advance Pack over $4900 plus a chatbot $600 with a separate 3 payment plan, I have paid only 1/3 and decided not to continue , why ?
The company is guanine by giving you what they said.  I received the software which is online in 2 days after but not a full version yet.  It is exactly like the DEMO version in which I can change theme and color.   After then they keep sending me many emails about what I can add on to the website which some of you must pay extra … YES you bought the most expensive option just a week ago but you can be asked to pay more and more!  Some of the features don't clear how it works such as a Matchmaking system with worth $500,   I understand that you don’t need all options on your website but what is coming will totally cost behind the bar. 
Looking over their video carefully if you don’t understand or don’t get along , you may be facing difficulty and less fun on organizing the software because you are on your own!  Their support will answer all questions within a day.  There is no private call for me after I paid , they claimed that they were busy. 
Check the portfolio carefully , most portfolios which publish on their site are not updated. Some of them are not existing anymore.  I asked them about portfolio listings … ,  they said their client was private … !! No portfolio . I can’t imagine that if your clients are happy why they don’t want to share their success stories.  If the software is great why don’t they run their own? Or  good DEMO …. Finally only saw the portfolio one on Chatbot example , the website was totally deaden and old…   
After one month  I asked them to degrade my pack to simple or part refund as I was not happy with the product, they have refused.
Yes I have lost over $1600 , but I didn’t feel confident to lose another $3800 for usual able software. And It could be more than $4900 too finished and over time.   Unfortunately it won’t beat the market as they promote. 
You can buy a similar product with less than $500 and add all the functions that you need with your programmer anyway.
