Selling items with wrong weight. When challenged come up with all sort of stuff but no apology. Any supermarkets in the UK take this sort of things with great care. I won’t be shopping at Bonvila any longer.

On December 3, 2025, you sent an email to our customer service team stating that you purchased 510 grams of Murat Bey Ezine White Cheese. Since our system displayed 600 grams at the time of purchase, you requested a refund for the remaining 90 grams. However, our customer service team wrote a statement stating that the weight change in Murat Bey Ezine Cheese was made by the Muratbey Company and that this was a hidden price increase. They also stated that the 600-gram Muratbey Ezine Cheese is no longer being produced and that the 510-gram cheese has been released instead. You have also been informed that companies do not refund customers for weight changes.
Before submitting your complaint, the necessary system changes have already been made, and product changes are updated within a specific timeframe. We have no intention of victimizing or misleading anyone.
We understand that you are dissatisfied with our company's response. Please remember that your comments must be transparent, clear, and concise, and avoid creating misleading or misleading perceptions.
I had to make some changes to my policy & the person who I dealt with was very friendly & efficient. Thank you for great sevice.
