Horrendous so called rules to get out of paying a refund

Was sold rapid tile adhesive that my tiler tried to use and had to discard as it went hard within 5 minutes, clearly not fit for purpose. When the Yeovil branch was emailed pictures of the dates on the bags that were clearly out of date, their reply was that I had to bring in the old hard adhesive to store. Of course I'm going to jump into site skip to retrieve the adhesive. If you sell out of date products then own up and refund instead of being absolutely difficult. Then we come to the random packs of floor tiles where two packs had the only large tile broken. No I couldn't just bring them into store and get replacements, but had to bring the rest of the pack with them or no refund. Again absolute joke and certainly won't use this company again

Initially a good price for their product and delivered on time. However, what I thought was a 3 month subscription turns out to be another one of those, "get caught with another repeat order coming your way at double the price". Yes double and crafty, how many others are caught by this.

Having made an offer on a property the vendor and the local purple bricks agent failed to respond to any of my messages over a 10 day period, this having spoken to the very good on line chat people on several occasions. What seems like a good idea comes crashing down especially if the agent can't be arsed to call back

Ordered a metal lattice arch and all…

Ordered a metal lattice arch and all came on time. One of the bars had a problem as the bolt wouldn't screw into it because it was to large. Replacement sent within 48 hrs and arch was decent once put together

Just purchased two so called patio roses on stems. In all fairness I didn't expect a blooming rose to necessarily come as in the picture , but dried out and basically dead as far as the eye can see. Should have read reviews beforehand I guess

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Took my money and then no product for weeks. The only way to have any contact is via a live chat where Chris wants your cash. They never reply to any message,email or phone call. Now for the 1st time ever my credit card company are getting involved.

Bought a China sink that was lovely and fairly priced. It arrived within a couple of days and packaging was undamaged. However, once opened there was slight damage to the front edge that I don't think it happened during transportation. I emailed the company with a picture and replacement was sent within 24hrs. 5 stars from me
