Canvas Factory delivered on service and price

I uploaded nine images to be printed and framed. My order was actioned promptly and the resulting canvases look terrific, true to the original images, vibrant and perfectly printed.
The soft, light coloured timber frame on each is a little disappointing, bordering “cheap” on close inspection. I would have been happier to pay more for better quality timber, however these canvases are excellent value for money and we’re happy. They were extremely well packaged. I will be a return buyer.

Brilliant substitute for heavy and…

Brilliant substitute for heavy and noisy electric jugs!
When downsizing to an apartment we had to forego our built in instant hot and chilled water system that we had enjoyed in our previous house for years. The size of our new apartment kitchen has precluded this. An electric jug was too heavy for my wife to handle. most are noisy, take a while to boil and there’s water wasted, so we bought the Kleva deluxe instant hot water unit. After one week’s use, we wouldn’t be without it. It is an integral part of our small kitchen. We are very satisfied with it . A great design, which looks good on the bench, it is a cheap substitute for expensive built in systems but is ideal for dispensing hot water for our morning tea and afternoon coffee. The appliance is extremely easy to use for a quick cuppa. We use the 200 ml and 100 degree setting. The water temperature is true With a small footprint the dispenser sits neatly on our bench without taking up too much room. So glad we bought it. We could not do without it.

Mixam delivers on service, quality and price.

This is the second time I have dealt with Mixam. My experience was as satisfying as the first. Customer service and communication was excellent. I appreciate their personal service and the advice given. Like my first order, the end product was exactly as I envisioned. Very happy with the first class quality of the printing at very reasonable cost.

Why has this company not been shut down…

Why has this company not been shut down by the authorities? I made the mistake of not checking them out through this website and should have been alerted to the fact that they don’t have PayPal or show any phone numbers on their website. They took my money straightaway, but never acknowledged my order and like everyone else, no goods have arrived. I have gone to NSW Fair Trading and also raised a dispute with my credit card provider, but not holding my breath.

One Big Switch keeping suppliers honest?

Through going to the One Big Switch website, I was made aware of my own energy supplier's "special" and was able to quickly renegotiate a new contract with them. Obviously being a loyal customer to my supplier for years counts for nothing so appreciate One Big Switch being able to point these specials deals out.

Unacceptable delay, poor communication

Looks as though I am one of the many, now being promised delivery of DNA test on 17 April. ( I wish!) My Heritage has had my sample since 15th February and the communication from them has been extremely poor and the service unacceptable. I would recommend those seeking a DNA test to look elsewhere.

I am disappointed to read that you believe "communication from them has been extremely poor" considering you have been notified both on your MyHeritage site and via your registered email regarding the delay and the reasons behind it.
