Just the worst experience.

Just the worst. Booked a hotel in Germany. Got there just after 10pm: no-one there, hotel locked up. Had to find another hotel, with young child in tow. Complained after I returned home. Last Minute passed complaint on to hotel, who lied through their teeth about having sent someone round to meet us. Last Minute chose to believe the hotel and rejected my complaint. A total disgrace and I will never use them again.

Would never buy B&O again - edited

I'm running two Beolit 15's in paired mode, streaming from iphone 6s. Pairing is a nightmare. I have to try five times to get them to connect. The old App is poor and the new one no better, showing the speakers dropping off even, at short range, seconds after connecting! Always timing out when trying to connect. All software updates in place. Single unit mode is fine but pairing is virtually useless. Hugely frustrating.

UPDATE: due to Bang & Olufsen’s response below I can advise the issue is completely resolved - thank you B&O! One final comment though: why is this advice not available on the website Help section?!?!

Hi Gerard,

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble stereo pairing through the app. You can also stereo pair without the app. We would like you to test this so we can narrow down the cause of the issue.

Please pair one of your Beolit 15s to your device. Next, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the first speaker for 5 seconds. Wait until a second sound prompt is heard and the power button flashes white. Then release the button. This speaker becomes the Master speaker and plays audio on the left channel. The device you are playing must be connected to the Master speaker through Bluetooth. Wait for 20 seconds until you hear a sound prompt. Then, continue to set up the second speaker.

On the second speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes white. Then release the button. This speaker will connect to the Master speaker. When the connection is successful, the indicator turns solid white, and sound prompts are heard on both speakers. This speaker will play audio on the right channel.

It does list Beolit 17 but the steps are very similar. If we can do anything else for you, please let us know.
