Absolute Chaos. Wont use CERTAS again

Ordered online on 2 week delivery, no updates. Missed the delivery, website is down, phone lines jammed. Selected the call back option, they called back said nothing and hung up and didn't try again. Rang again, over an hour on hold, finally answered, person on the phone sounded stressed, couldn't tell me why delivery missed, didn't know when it would be delivered and was going to do an internal delivery request. No sign of a delivery and we are now seriously low on oil.

Brilliant & Cheap

Brilliant ! Great Price!!!
At the time we ordered they were significantly cheaper than the other six companies quoted, between £30 and £80 cheaper for 700l. Taking the 2 week delivery option it actually arrived in 5 days, they said they were quiet.
Deliveryman was very pleasant, he did inspect the tank first, which is right, you don't want it to rupture during filling.

Bought a pair of Neff pyrolytic ovens…

Bought a pair of Neff pyrolytic ovens just over 2 years ago for our new kitchen. The door seal on one of the ovens is fraying and falling apart, contacted the Neff repair agent and they are now out of warranty so its £120 call out and £70 for the new seal. Or £200 a year service contract each. They are 2 years old, they dont get heavy use as we use the Ninja alot. 2 years use out of a £900 oven is poor and not fit for purpose.

Poor Spare parts pricing, 600% mark up!

Poor Spare parts pricing, we have a conservatory which is outside of warranty, very nice but the tie bar bracket covers have gone brown and dropped off, they are small 30X70mm, 1mm thick white plastic which clip on.
Used Anglian's contact form and was contact by a technician to confirm the part and then had to wait for a quote for the parts which took nearly 3 weeks from initial contact to quote!
For 8 small pieces of plastic was £120, supply only! went online and found the same part, even had the same numbers moulded on it, for £20 that's all 8 and postage.
600% mark up is excessive, I wont be going back for further work.

Mexicano oak prefinished Doors

We bought 4 Mexicano oak prefinished doors, I did ring first to confirm they were in stock and they were. We received the doors one week from order and they were perfect not even a mark on the clear plastic bag they were in.
I hung the doors myself and they look beautiful, I am really impressed with the quality for the price.
I have bought from another online company and the veneer has split but these are great and can recommend.

Disaster of a company, Non UK Customer services are useless.

Part1.
While its working its OK but if you have to contact them they are terrible!
Spent an hour and ten minutes on the phone, after being blanked by the online Chat agent!
Simple question, why can't I use 141 to block my number when I call certain numbers that I don't want them to call me back directly on my number rather than going through the office.
Impossible, illegal according to the Indian call centre, no such feature allowed despite every other network in the UK having it.
Ridiculous, but non UK people don't understand.

Part 3.
Raised an Official complaint (the only way to speak to anyone useful) Customer services agreed to cancel my contract, wave the charges and told me to cancel my Direct debit. Then text messages demanding payment started, then phone calls they denied all knowledge of the cancelation agreement. Another official complaint and they found the agreement but still want payment for half a month.
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with, the price you pay for Indian call centre and a not very good one at that.
By the way its #19# according to Google but they couldn't do that.

I have two 612 Dashcams's for over a year

I have two 612's for over a year which work great, not used in anger yet I hope I never have to but reviewing the footage it is easy to view the details. The PC software works well and allows to to create and edit video files of events with speed and GPS data and anotate them really easily.
From a service point of view, I had to contact them, out of the warranty about the operation on a new car and again the service was first class, response was very quick and helpful.
Would definitely recommend.
