Het verzetten van een zending gaat enorm moeizaam.

Dit kan alleen telefonisch, en zelfs als je voor Nederlands kiest, krijg je iemand aan de lijn die alleen Engels spreekt.

Meerdere keren werd beloofd dat mijn zending naar de gewenste datum was verplaatst, maar dat bleek telkens niet het geval. De levering kwam alsnog te laat, op een totaal verkeerde dag.

Op mijn e-mails hierover heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat Amazon met zo’n bezorgdienst samenwerkt.

I was having trouble with sending e-mail (spam errors). Instead of a lengthy support procedure, the issue was quickly solved by moving to another server.

If you order a server, it will be delivered within minutes (Paris location).
The order process is very simple, and you get a good overview of the specifications of your new server.

Problems can alwas occur, with any provider.
In my experience OneProvider handles them the best.
If you experience a problem with your server, which is caused of something at their end, it is resolved without any issues. They even compensate for the downtime (with extension of the renewal date), something that i didn't see at other budget hosting companies.

The communication is open and they will clearly explain what has caused the issue with the server.

I have a vps s ssd for over 2 week now. And I am very happy with it! The price for this vps is very low. But still good support! I always get the 200 mbits network speed! The support always reply within 2 hours 7 days a week. I recommend contabo!
