Completley useless

Completley useless - still haven't received a parcel sent in September and every single person I speak to either gives contradictory information or has just outright lied, no department seems to communicate with each other or has any idea what they are doing. Avoid.

Ineffectual

We’ve had JG Pest Control attend twice, during our ‘three visits and then three month guarantee of no more pests.’ First we were told that it was most likely and that there was evidence of rats, they put down a box of bait to to draw them down, and left. We continued to see rodents - perhaps this was part of the drawing them down plan. When we called up to question the increase in activity we were told to wait for three to two weeks for the bait to take effect, then they would attend again.
On the second visit two people attended, decided it was more likely to be mice and then went round the house blocking every entry point up. The assurance was all points of entry had now been blocked. Now as I’m assured all points of entry have been blocked all I can assume is they blocked all the rodents in at the same time, they also seem blissfully disinterested or immune to the poison part of the bait. So we now have a bigger issue, where they’ve supposedly all been lured in by the bait, and then trapped inside by the sealing of the entry points. Which was not quite ‘control’ we had been hoping for.
Pros: Every pest controller have seemed knowledgable and friendly.
Cons: Customer service is very quick to respond when you first contact them, they are sadly completley disinterested after that point.
The methods they use in our case have been completley ineffectual, if anything the issue is now worse than when they first attended.

Just an awful service

Just an awful service. If a retailer uses Yodel as it’s delivery partner I would actively choose a different company. Zero customer service, zero common sense and they will take forever to even attempt to sort something out. Parcel never made it to our address, after 4 attempts finally managed to get a proof of delivery photo - which clearly shows delivery being made - to a bakery. We don’t live near a bakery and it’s clearly not a residential address, queried it with customer services who then told me it wasn’t the address or name on the parcel - they sent me a photo clearly showing both the name and address so I sent that back to them. Today (6 days post non delivery) they tell me that it has been delivered - and sent the same image, of delivery to an unknown bakery. Now either their GPS is so off base that it just shouldn’t be relied on, in which case may I suggest using the same one that any other delivery service uses, as they seem to have no issues. Or it’s just an futile attempt to wriggle out of any responsibility - either way as a customer it’s hard to understand why you have to fight so hard to get a service you paid for, or for a service so clearly in the wrong to just do the right thing without being shamed into it.
