I have been buying from Lavinia for a decade. Mostly from Lavinia in Paris and for a year now from Lavinia in Spain. Overall the service is great, however the latest package I bought with them is generating a lot of problems to be delivered. Their logistic partner keeps saying there is nobody in my home, despite we have people at my place in addition to a guardian / doorman. Finally, I am calling to their partner to solve the issue but the phone is always in the answering machine.
