Great service and an easy setup and this service works great with our Starlink. Stephen was always quick to answer our questions and that personal service was very much appreciated in today’s world where many companies just have you dealing with a chatbot.

Helpful easy to digest resources
Really like the way that the resources are just the right size. They’re informative without being dry and dull. I’m happy to direct my clients here and think this website is offering a helpful service for therapists and clients. Would have been 5 stars if battery was a genuine Apple part
I've just ordered my 5th apple device from Music Magpie and I think they're great. Fast delivery, the products always arrive in the condition they state. I usually buy the 'pristine' condition but this time went for 'very good'. Phone was great except for one issue. It was listed as having a new battery and the battery does state it is 100%. However I have the 'unknown' battery not verified messages from Apple as the battery is not an apple certified one.
I emailed Music magpie to see if there is anything I can do to have this battery recognised by my phone but it looks like the issue is due to non-genuine parts but will likely not cause an issue. They replied quickly and I am hopeful that there won't be any issues due to this. For reference this is what they have said:

Great service - from ordering to delivery
I needed some replacement arrows and just wanted to write and say thank you for the great service.
From being able to speak with someone over email and give exactly what I needed, to them then sorting out the quote/price and payment, they made it really easy to order and also took on board my requests re delivery as well. The arrows came the next day and were spot on. I'm really happy with the service, thanks to Oliver and Bob.

Good service, although had to wait a week for a washing machine service. But when the parts weren't available, they quickly offered a new machine. We had to pay extra to upgrade to the machine we wanted but the process was handled quickly and smoothly online which was good.

Fast service and great communication
Ordered late on Monday and the items arrived on Wednesday. Really fast delivery but I liked that they took the time to call me to check the way that I would like one of the items sent in order for it not to be damaged. They talked me through the options. It was really nice to actually speak to someone who cares about the order. Great company and I would order from them again no question.

Lovely items but let down by delivery
Lovely items, would have been a five star except the delivery driver delivered to some stranger, took a picture of their feet so I had to guess where the parcel was and who it had been delivered to! Why do delivery drivers do this? Just put a name/address if you are going to deliver it somewhere else!

Villa had nearly everything we needed
Villa had nearly everything we needed. Showers needed to be maintained better - fixing was loose on one and the other wasn’t great.
It was very noisy outside the villa due to a new bar.
Villa was clean though there was no changeover whilst we were there.
