Oh dear Net a Porter, what is going on??? I have placed two order with you, the first one on 25th June and the second on 29th June. Orders still processing........... I have normally received such great service from this retailer. I have emailed, been kept waiting on the phone but no one answers........ come on ........ i know it's busy in the sale etc but never experienced this poor level of service before.
