Exceptional

Always receive exceptional service from Arighi Bianchi. Great in store experience and all their delivery people are excellent. They did all our curtains, blinds, carpets, bed, sofas and occasional furniture. Deliveries are always of time, delivered and fitted with great care. In this day and age it’s lovely to have personal and courteous service.

Oh dear Net a Porter

Oh dear Net a Porter, what is going on??? I have placed two order with you, the first one on 25th June and the second on 29th June. Orders still processing........... I have normally received such great service from this retailer. I have emailed, been kept waiting on the phone but no one answers........ come on ........ i know it's busy in the sale etc but never experienced this poor level of service before. Please can someone acknowledge.
