Easy to navigate website and lovely product. We received a gift box from friends when we moved towns and it was an obvious choice when we wanted to do something nice for a school family having a tough time.

Great gear and prices. People very nice to deal with. Unfortunately when I ordered multiple items separately so they could fly below the import radar Freeze Pro still put all orders together in a large/ single shipment- still busy organising the paperwork to allow entry/ additional tax to get the gear. I have never had this trouble (with customs) shopping at this site before. Will have to buy items well spaced out in time in the future.
