Best for heating are always good and supply most the radiators Ive had as they are decent price and delivered without any drama

Item is great and just looks like the photos on website. It was on a month delivery but didn’t arrive, I emailed and got a very quick answer saying it would be another month. I could either cancel or get a good will gesture so was happy with that. Mistakes happen but obviously can’t give higher stars despite not being too unhappy, the unit was fabulous 👍

Ordered a lawnmower shown in stock but then received email a couple of days later apologising but it was going to be two months. I was understanding about that and the main supplier did deliver a few days after the revised date. The reason they score low is that they had no idea on status throughout, gave no updates and still sent emails saying it was on its way two months after I got it. Robert Dyas really needs to get a grip as even their tracker link didn’t work, just fortunate that their supplier kept roughly to schedule

Bought a Jack Wolfskin Jasper jacket at great price after doing my research. The Jacket is a really good item and very comfortable with good service from BCH Camping.

Ordered a North Face coat that came quickly but not what I expected it to be, returned and LD mountain refunded very quickly so you can’t ask better than that really.

Chap knocked and had dropped in porch before I got to door. This was great for me and helps him get on with next delivery

The software was supplied with full instructions and has worked great so far. Great price as I only needed for a couple of planning projects around the home so didn’t want subscription, as most developers want to tie you into now.

Talked through my concerns about tyres with larger wheels and the guys were really knowledgeable and helpful. Order was placed and the wheels with new tyres fitted arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with them 🙂

Very happy with new pan set and they do exactly what you expect and seem quality items. There is no vent holes in the lids as mentioned in other reviews, but I haven’t found this much of a problem as you adjust heat. It does mean that some moisture collects on the handle as steam escapes from the rim if heat is too high

Fast delivery and no issues so ARH Customs couldn’t do much more. Very happy

Very much of the opinion as others on here. This is that bad that I began believing it was scammers. No log in details etc and instructions that money has to be paid in within 14 days. If they think I would transfer money to an account number with no other details they are delusional. Avoid at all costs.

Good service and have no reason to complain, would use again definitely
