I have dealt with plastics express recently so I can honestly say that the negative reviews are correct. I ordered goods on line and thought that payment had not gone thank through so I contacted them to be told that the payment had not been processed only to find later that it had appeared on my barclaycard account. I did not receive any goods so I asked for a refund I’m still waiting after nearly a month now instructed barclaycard to deal with it as the staff fobbed me off and claimed that they do not have a complaints procedure the limited co have 2 directors who obviously don’t really care. I have noticed they do not ever come on this site to give any explanation to why they are so poor. I suggest customer s give this company a wide berth .
