I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Not only was the service unprofessional, but my credit card was charged multiple times for the same amount. I tried to resolve the issue, but there was no clear response or help from the staff. To make matters worse, I ended up leaving the hotel without having any food with my young child. It was frustrating and upsetting, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID if you don't want to deal with unnecessary charges and poor service! Experienced in Bourne, Lincolnshire called "The Raymond Weather Spoon"
