Terrible customer service - I agree with all the other reviews for this company - they are crooks plain and simple, they double ground rent charges as they please and charge ridiculous costs for any required paper work to buy or sell a property ..... they are trying to double my 90 year old mothers ground rent with NO legal basis so we will be fighting them - if you can acquire your freehold to get rid of them do it!

Horrendous company, arrogant and untrustworthy. They doubled our service charge over 3 years then fought us over our Right To Manage but we won, now our service charge has gone from from over £500 a month to £248. We are getting a much better service with Arrow who we appointed and who actual listen to our concerns because if they didn't we can sack them...... If you live in a leasehold flat managed by First Port (or what ever name they might call themselves now!!!) get together and get rid of them, go for Right to Manage or as I say Right To Chose.
