Avoid this company - not sure I'll ever get a refund!
Purchased two Nespresso compatible re-usable capsules, but unfortunately they didn't live up to expectations and wouldn't work in our machine.
Emailed the Evergreen team on January 14th to initiate a refund. After a series of emails back and forth, after being continually offered a partial refund which felt like a tactic to prolong /delay the return process, they finally gave the return addess. The capsules were delivered back on 5th February - but no-one was in and so they have been sitting at the post office for Evergreen to collect ever since. 10 days later, they still haven't collected and aren't responding to my emails or Instagram messages requesting the refund or for them to collect them. I doubt I will get a refund from them. I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company, the communication is awful, and clearly don't want to process returns.

Finally received a reply from Jessica in customer service, who again said they would chase it with the 'team'. The reply on this review states we would receive a refund this week but they have still not been collected! Again really doubt we will get a refund and will have to escalate it!
