Avoid this company - not sure I'll ever get a refund!

Purchased two Nespresso compatible re-usable capsules, but unfortunately they didn't live up to expectations and wouldn't work in our machine.

Emailed the Evergreen team on January 14th to initiate a refund. After a series of emails back and forth, after being continually offered a partial refund which felt like a tactic to prolong /delay the return process, they finally gave the return addess. The capsules were delivered back on 5th February - but no-one was in and so they have been sitting at the post office for Evergreen to collect ever since. 10 days later, they still haven't collected and aren't responding to my emails or Instagram messages requesting the refund or for them to collect them. I doubt I will get a refund from them. I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company, the communication is awful, and clearly don't want to process returns.

Finally received a reply from Jessica in customer service, who again said they would chase it with the 'team'. The reply on this review states we would receive a refund this week but they have still not been collected! Again really doubt we will get a refund and will have to escalate it!

Firstly the clothes are lovely

Firstly the clothes are lovely, and very high quality I absolutely love them! They feel very well-designed and look great! Secondly, the customer service is wonderful, the team there are so helpful and went above and beyond when an item I returned was lost - they offered to refund me despite this and were very responsive and kind in their service! Defintiely recommend!

Not a safe and clean environment

I have recently started going to back to the PureGym at Cardiff Central and have noticed that there are many people entering the gym and not following any of the rules about covid safety. Many people enter the gym with no mask, don't put on a mask when walking around the communal areas, and do not sanitise the machines/equipment after use. This makes me feel very uncomfortable - if I have to follow the rules everyone should be. Nobody within the gym seems to be policing this and yet you are constantly advertising that you are creating a safe environment yet this is simply not true. Everytime I have been back there have been people walking close to me where I am working out and or taking equipment from next to me without wearing a mask.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. It is in the gym rules that members should follow the TrainSafe rules or risk suspension, but at peak times especially, it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the area and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

AWFUL customer service

I recently purchased 5 items from JustMyLook, and despite the website refreshing during the order I looked forward to receiving my goods. I received one email confirmation of my order.

However I then received two emails stating two sperate duplicate orders had been dispatched. Checking my bank account I saw that two duplicate orders were taken. I immediately contacted JustMyLook who said that I would be able to return one of the orders, but that they wouldn't cover the cost of the return as two orders were made.

I have tried to explain numerous times to their customer service team that I only placed one order, and that something has obviously gone wrong when I placed the order. However the only answer I receive is that 'their system shows two orders' so they will not cover the cost of the refund. I am beyond exasperated with their customer service, made worse by the fact there is no pone number to speak to someone in person. All email responses are the bare minimum and go no way to helping solve the situation. They forwarded me two email confirmations this morning, both with the status of 'dispatched' not order confirmed so I am dubious about the validity of them.
