Excellent service

Excellent service. Lots of information provided to help. Further assistance available if required by phone, found this very helpful. Staff friendly and helped to sort any problems out. Photos are a little difficult to take but with perseverance they are manageable. Motorway kept us updated throughout from beginning to end.

Travelled to Isle of Wight

Travelled to Isle of Wight. Stayed at Broadway Park Hotel. The hotel was horrendous, not fit to stay in.Food was extremely poor, dining room was more like a canteen, carpets filthy, bed at 10.15, bar shut, doors locked and lights out.The local residents that we met were stunned when we told them where we were staying, they all call it Broadmoor!! Says it all. Never again. PS the driver and the itinerary were brilliant.
