My go to for cut to size MDF

As I’ve been working my way through doing some home projects I’ve needed some cut to size MDF, I’ve now raised 3 separate orders with them and all have been spot on. All mdf comes well packaged with corner protectors and to be honest are over packaged for protection. I’ve got a few more projects on the horizon and these guys will be my go to now. Reasonable price and reasonable turn around for delivery too.

Great service

Great service, slight blip with a successfully delivered notification when they weren’t delivered so I called them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Panels turned up 30 minutes later and the driver brought them in the house for my pregnant wife too as I was at work. Panels have all cut to size well and are looking great. Despite some negative reviews we’ve had a positive experience!

Brilliant service from Rob

My turbo went on the A1 whilst heading away for the weekend so we lost power. Contacted the AA via the weblink provided which pinpoints your exact location and Rob arrived within 15 minutes. One of the really good guys you get to meet in life who helped get us back home safely and made a really stressful situation much less stressful. Such a genuinely nice guy and a pleasure to meet. Thanks Rob! A huge asset to the AA!

Would recommend.

Found these by chance so thought I’d try them out and it was great so I ended up placing another 2 orders with them. Over 3 orders I got a few books and lots of CD’s. I had 1 CD that had food on it and 1 book that was water damaged but both were described as very good condition. After contacting customer services they replied quickly apologising and had my replacements sent out within 48 hours. Both replacements are perfectly acceptable for second hand and I’m satisfied. Would recommend to anyone looking for cheap second hand products and I’ll be using them again for sure.

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company. Had 2 different orders from 2 different companies that were to be delivered to a business address. When I say business address, what I actually mean is a GIANT warehouse with it's own haulage yard with gated entrance all clearly sign posted.. Day 1 first parcel due at 12, fails immediately because "they couldn't find me".. tracking states to check the FAQ for contact info, this page doesn't exists however you can eventually find a contact page if you look around. This however is pointless, no phone number, (there is an automated phone number but this hangs up so you can't speak to anyone), the online form doesn't allow you to submit the form, it just errors then closes and the online chat will stick you in a queue of 600 people for 3+ hours then boot you when it gets to 20 (I've done this 3 times now)..
Day 2, second parcel due to be delivered at 11am, guess what... immediately fails to deliver and same process..
I am now left with 2 parcels floating around god knows where because hermes employ the blind community to deliver for them and no way of resolving it. An absolutely disgraceful company who shouldn't be allowed to operate. I wish I could give you less than 1 star.

My Parcels should have been delivered 8th October, today is the 6th November and still no parcels. In total they have failed 10 times between the 2 parcels. I did actually get to see the courier when he delivered a different parcel to my work address and he claimed he’d never seen the other 2 despite me receiving and email with his name and face on it saying he had the parcels. Disgraceful company. I’ve decided to give up and assume I’ll never see my parcels now. I‘m also fed up of the emails from different people every 3 days saying they’re still investigating. Absolute JOKE of a company!

Awful experience thanks to Hermes

They were quick to ship the order, but unfortunately they chose to use Hermes to deliver. My delivery slot was last Thursday morning, the driver didn’t bother to even look for my address and marked it as “wrong address”. Tried contacting Beauty Bay customer services which took so long the parcel was marked for a second time as “wrong address”. My address is correct and absolutely nothing wrong with it, the driver just didn’t bother looking.
These were presents for my wife’s birthday which are now not going to be here in time, and beauty bays customer service was rubbish. No good solution, no help, no ability to change the address, won’t send a replacement out. The only solution they had was to wait until the parcel returned to them, then they’d issue me a refund and I could then re-purchase.. like I would. Currently it is 1 week later and my parcel is just floating around in the Hermes network somewhere, meanwhile I’ve disappointed my wife by not having any presents for her birthday. Really disappointed in the level of customer service to get this resolved. Would not touch this company again until they remove Hermes as their courier.

Update:
Nobody has bothered contacting me despite the below response, I still don’t have my parcel and I’ve not received a response from the email I sent to customer services either. Disgusting customer service.

Today marks 1 week since my parcels should have arrived. Still not here, customer services still absolutely useless. For the last 4 days there has been a “temporary delay“, apparently they will deliver again in 24hours... Now passed the 72 hour mark since that message appeared and still no attempt at re-delivery.
