Great company. Some of the colours/ tights weren’t available but over the weeks they duly arrived, perfectly packaged. I’ve been ordering these for several years, they are super stretchy, high waisted, never slip down and come in amazing colours. I wash in the machine. I won’t order from anywhere else… much better than any high st brand.

I have been having HF for 4 months. Absolutely BRILLIANT and delicious food!!
I have recommended to several friends who have recommended to their friends and family BUT in the last 3 weeks my experience has been TERRIBLE ; missed recipe cards, no chilled food delivered, rotten pepper, split cartons of spice and a missed delivery (but that was due to snow)
HF have been EXCELLENT with their customer service and credited my acc immediately but it is inconvenient when it goes wrong and I am left with having to go shopping which at the moment I am trying to avoid. I’m reluctant to recommend now.

We're so sorry to hear about the issues you've had with missing and poor quality ingredients, as well as the failed delivery.
While packaging errors are statistically rare for us, we try hard every day to find new improvements to implement, such as introducing a new box design to help streamline the packaging process.
We try to ensure the highest quality by working with trusted small Suppliers and by keeping the protein and dairy products wrapped in ice packs during transit and storing ingredients in our temperature-controlled facility before sending them out.
When it comes to delivery issues, we try to let our customers know about any delivery errors as soon as our Couriers inform us that they have encountered an issue.
