I got this as a gift from my sister for me and my wife to have a "day-out". For the price of the voucher I got, the experiences were quite limited, so I decided to boost it up in order to get at least a "Gourmet meal for 2" in a decent restaurant in town (we're in Aberdeen, and the options were quite limited to begin with). The list of restaurants was "ok", we decided for one, and when trying to book: Surprise! we do not accept those anymore!... I left it out of frustration and life happens and you forget it's there. When I remembered (still within validity) went to check what to book, and the amount of options were even less. Ended up getting a BrewDog meal for 4 to go with the kids (defeating the original purpose of the gift) as was the only decent affordable option, but guess what? the people at BrewDog have never heard or seen any vouchers of this type, I have to give a massive shout to the staff of the place as they still made us feel at home, and valued and gave us what was promised in the voucher altho, I very much doubt they will even manage to cash that.
I still got a credit after booking!!! WOW: Now I have to either go through this nightmare again, or leave them with £24 for free...
Do NOT gift this, it's not a gift, it's a hassle. Instead of being excited for a nice experience, you will only cause disappointment and frustration. Customer Service is crap, the T's&C's are designed so that you end up stuck with it, and they will politely reject everything you ask. Can't fault them, they are doing their job...

Review of FRASERS
Sent me a different size of the one originally ordered. This was a Christmas present and I had to run away last minute to find something suitable for my wee one as the size they sent is not going to fit her for at least another year until she grows. Shoe box arrived torn to pieces as well, making me very anxious that they would not accept a return because it was not perfect.

Just that. Went online, found my tyres, paid for them, got the mobile fitter, the guy came to my place and got the job done in about 25 to 35 minutes while I was working on a project at home. Nice tyres, nice service, and a very reasonable price.
