Waited a good while for delivery, was sent an incorrect size boot (35) ordered a (42) was offered a 30% discount off another purchase or 20% refund and would have to pay postage to China. I won’t use them again, not ever, be careful or shop elsewhere is good advice in response to LITB reply it is a low blow suggesting I ordered the wrong size

Weasam. Please exercise caution using this company my orthopaedic shoes have not arrived no refund, fob off email’s a plenty or no response and no results, no shoes, no refund. The website is professional DO NOT be fooled. I will report this and try to get my £39 back by other means as my order was placed nearly 4weeks ago
