Kleva hot water dispenser leaks and has an unusual taste when drink made. I would not recommend

Booked in for 70,000 service on the 17/6/25 and asked to check rear seat belt not retracting, they told me that would be fine and it could be something simple.understanding that it would be looked at and possibly fixed. My car at mt Sheridan cairns told me upon pick up of my car that they did not look at the seatbelt as they were short of mechanics and l would have to take my car to a specialised repairer, I am an aged pensioner just trying to get by and keep my little car running smoothly so that it will last me a long time. Why didn’t you tell me in the first instance that you could not do the job? Now l have to spend more money on fares to get home and to pick up my car. So very disappointed and after 6 years with my car tyre and auto, Mt Sheridan you have lost me and my family and friends who l will talk to about you
