Just signed up and been told they cant…

Just signed up and been told they cant install i go to contact them and on hold for 25 mins with no pickup and also tried another number which just kepy ringing and no answer avoid at all cost will be canceling my package thanks for nothing

tried to cancel and will lock you in…

tried to cancel and will lock you in with a hefty leaving fee do not go with this company they do not care about you or your connection and will lock you into there horrible contracts and threaten you if you try to cancel direct debit !!!

horrible customer service would not…

horrible customer service would not reccommend been with them 5 years and then i have moved and its been shocking no help and getting dowload speed of 10mb when i am paying for 60mb +
