Determination to sell.

We had excellent service from Vicky & Mark. Our property sale was particularly challenging but Vicky & Mark not only met that head on but went the extra mile too
Their diplomacy and tenacity ensured our sale. They never gave up.
A clinching aspect was that they did not go down the traditional route of a very low starting price and guide price just to try and get a sale.
The Auction Company offer a very personalised service, and nothing is too much trouble.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Auction Company.

Good in part, but not sure it's worth the wait.

Whilst booking the calls is easy, and the engineers are friendly and courteous, they rarely have the spare on the van.
I've found the customer service staff friendly and helpful too.
But it's the structure and company that is the problem.
We were without an oven for almost a month, because of a lack of a heating element.
Recently we'd been without a fridge freezer for 3 months. Yes 3 months.
We will be reviewing all our insurance with Domestic and General.

Failed to deliver, then nothing as an apology.

I ordered bouquet on Sat, for delivery Sunday.
After no delivery, just "we are processing your order".
Chased on Monday, offered free flowers, I wanted that day, but thought I won't be greedy as that would cost them more, so said Tuesday.
Or so I thought.
What they offered was just another delivery, at the same cost, 3 days later than planned.
I'm not someone who would expect a free bunch of flowers in place of the non delivery, but an offer of say £5 off would have made me happy.

Courier service uninterested, as unable to find my work address.

Unable to find my work address, despite it being the prominent Leisure Centre in our town and 1 mile from their sorting office. I suspect an temp postie as it's the Christmas rush, but the TwitterHelp was no help at all and not interested in the slightest, ehnce two stars. Royal Mail deliver to my work practically every day, so very galling. Thge repalcement cost me £30, so very frustrating experience.
Signs that Royal Mail is going downhill, forcing me to use Amazon more often now.

Auto renew woes.

The contract automatically renews the entire year amount even though we were on installments.
That is obviously manageable and our fault, but an expensive lesson in making sure you don't forget.
Our renewal quote was 40% higher despite no contact the whole year, presumably a loss leading quote and tactics to recoup that in subsequent years, and a £45 cancellation fee.
Dealing with them over the phone is not straightforward either, name drivers cannot deal with them.
Just to be wary.

31Dover is A1.

Delighted customer. I needed to get an urgent next day delivery for my Dad's birthday on Saturday, and 31Dover was the only site I could find that would deliver next day on a Saturday for the product I wanted (Gin)
Superb service, no problems, delivered precisely when it said it was, and at a reasonable cost.
The only quibbles are:
I don't think that the name 31Dover creates an image of a superb delivery of Next day wines, drinks and spirits, but you should know that is what you get.
Also, I felt the image of the gift box needed a more subtle branding of 31Dover so i didn't purchase that.
But make no mistake, 31Dover are excellent.
